Hoppers and Batch Plant Equipment
Hoppers are typically used to transfer material from one container to another. In that respect, a batch plant would be designed to temporarily stock product (in batches) fed to it or from the factory. The funnel-like shapes of hoppers facilitate the bagging of the product before it is dispatched.
